Outfit Shoes
Saiya had her hands shoved in her pockets, she was wandering about the courtyard, she was supposed to be in math, but didn't feel like going. At all. She frowned slightly as she walked slowly, studying her shoes carefully. Saiya sighed, continuing her walk. She was bored, maybe she should've stayed in math... Her dark hair fluttered in the breeze. Her short-sleeved shirt revealed the many scars upon her forearms, Saiya was rather self conscious of them, which is why she kept her arms at her side. Saiya looked up, only to see a familiar face. She smirked and neared the person.

Ben had no desire what so ever to stay inside for lunch today, so on his way there he had broken away from his tiny group of friends, his hands shoved in the pockets of his jeans, his black jacket zipped all the way up. As soon as he made his way to the courtyard, he saw Saiya's face. He smiled at her almost instantaneously and made his way over to her. He felt like being all spontaneous and saying "Hey, sexy" or "What's going on, beautiful" but he lost his nerve and ended up just saying, "Hey. What's up? Aren't you s'posed to be in math?"

She came to a halt by her boyfriend, Ben. She knew it wouldn't be long until some gossip-liking person found out, but Ben and Saiya were hardly popular, they had no reputations to lose, not really one to gain in the first place... She looked in mock-guilt to Ben, after he had asked if she was supposed to be in math. It surprised her that he knew her schedule so fast, but she figured not everybody was a slow-memorizer such as herself... Saiya couldn't memorize anything to save her life. Of course she got Ben's name right away, but that was a different story. As for why she was in math, she didn't feel like being bored with trigonomitry, for God's sake, it was mostly about triangles. She pressed her arms even tighter to her sides, she didn't want Ben to know she cut herself, why didn't she bring a jacket? "Maybe, but triangles are boring." said Saiya, still with the expression of mock-guilt.

"Ah," sighed Ben, "triangles. Fun." He noticed that Siaya was hugging her arms around herself. Even though it wasn't really cold out, it was a tad bit chilly, and Saiya was probably one of those warm-blooded people. He unzipped his jacket, revealing the Killers t-shirt underneath. "Here, take this, you look freezing," he told her.

Saiya felt a light tinge of blush rise to her cheeks, she wasn't really cold, but she figured she'd go with that excuse. It worked for her. Her hair blew slightly in the gentle breeze, because of the direction in which it was blowing, it made her hair fall into her face, the perfect cover-up for her faint blush. She slouched a little bit, so it looked like Ben was the taller of them as she took his jacket and put it on quickly, hoping he hadn't noticed her scars. "Thanks, love." said Saiya in her thick British accent.

Ben smiled at her. He loved that accent. Loved loved loved loved loved it. He hoped it would never phase out of her voice. "No problem," he replied in his comparitively completely boring accent. He noticed that she was kind of looking away from him, seemingly embarassed about something, but what about, he wasn't sure. In fact, he had no idea what so ever. "Hey, are you okay?" he asked, coming closer to her and lightly touching her on the shoulder.

Saiya felt his hand rest ever so lightly on her shoulder. Just the light, simple touch sent butterflies to her stomach. Although she and Ben were technically dating, she still had that tingling feeling in the pit of her stomach whenever she was around him... Saiya inched a little closer to Ben. "Of course not." said Saiya, feeling a surge of relief within her, Ben hadn't noticed the scars, nor the rather fresh scabs... That was the last thing she needed, for someone to find out and get sent to counseling. Saiya internally shuddered, she didn't like the idea.
